A new space for female entrepreneurs in Cowbridge and the local area to come together, connect, share dreams, sucesses and failures in business.
A network of women who want to support other women, share their expertise, reduce the isolation of business, be wildly successful and fulfil their dreams by working in collaboration, not competition with other women.
Why do we need a leadership network for women in business?
As a solopreneur and someone who works from home a lot due to my disability, I've been seeking connection with other women in leadership, women running businesses or leading organisations in my local area, CEOs, entrepreneurs, directors, founders and other women in the same space.
Online networking and virtual meet-ups and webinars can only take you so far! I wanted a space where I could chat with other business owners, other successful female entrepreneurs and share ideas, trials, tribulations as well as successes of setting up and running your own business.
Have you ever felt like you could do with some support?
Juggling ALL the things and spinning ALL the plates and not having many connections in the business world to share with?
When you are setting up or running your own business, you can sometimes find it hard to talk to friends or family members or other colleagues that maybe just don't understand the particular ins and outs of marketing, price points, product based business, service based business (that's me!) etc etc...
My ambition is for women in business to share their skills, knowledge and information with others - to learn from others too and solve problems together; there is enough for everyone!
MY APPROACH
My values are curiosity, compassion and integrity
I'm hoping that by being the catalyst for bringing women together, we can create wonderful things, have more success in our work and businesses and lift one another up when times are tough!
I'm planning on facilitating monthly get togethers in a local (free!!) venue, where we can spend an hour or two meeting up, trouble shooting, sharing information or showcasing our businesses and feeling supported and held by others.
There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish
